1.  Module

               || G- 7                   |                              |   G-7                         |                                |

               | F7                        |                              |   Bb7                         |                                |

| C7                       |                              |  F7                            |                                 ||

Riff follows pattern: root, down to 5th, b7th, root, b3rd, root, b7.  So for the G-7 chord the notes are: G, D, F, G, Bb, G, F.  Then when the pattern switches to the dominant 7th chords, the 3rd becomes a major 3rd to fit the chord formula.

               Staccato melody towards the end plays: G….Bb, A, F, D......G….A, Bb, C, D…….. Very G-9 or Bbmaj7, focusing on the Bbmaj7 arpeggio.

2.  Charter

               ||G-7                   |   C7                   |     G-7                    |  C7                         ||

               Opening bass riff plays like:  G, F,G, Bb…G, Bb, C… Bb, C, D, low F….

               More melodies focusing on the G-9 or Bbmaj7 arpeggio.

               Just groove in G dorian~ (G, A, B, C, D, E, F)

3.   Traveling

               ||C-                         |   G-                                |  C-                        |   G-                           ||

               Traveling to G minor scale  (G, A, Bb, C, D, Eb, F).

               Sounds a little like This Yellow Magic Orchestra Song.

4.  Impulsion

               ||C-                         |   C-                              |  Bbmaj                      |   Bbmaj                        ||

5.  Phoebus

               ||D-                        |   Cmaj                                |  D-                 |   Cmaj                            ||

More D-9 or Fmaj7 arpeggio type melodies.

6.  Flash

               ||G-                         |   Fmaj                                |  G-                        |   Fmaj                        ||

G minor works well here.

                              Repeat this a few times then:

               ||Bbmaj                        |   Abmaj                                |  Bbmaj                |   Abmaj                      ||

Bb mixolydian works good here (Bb, C, D, Eb, F, G, Ab). But if you want to stay in the (fret board) area of G, G phrygian is great too.

7.  Phenix

               ||Emaj                         |   Emaj                                |  B7                             |   B7                         |

               |Emaj                          |   B7                                     | Emaj                         |   B7                         ||

                              On the 2nd repeat, throw in A maj.  Just basic I, V7 type stuff in E major.

                              Then:

               ||Fmaj                         |   Emaj                                | Fmaj                       | Emaj                         |

                |Fmaj                         |   Emaj                                | Dmaj/F#                | B7                             ||

This is fun stuff.  Can use E Phrygian, mostly: (E, F, G, A, B, C, D).

Or if you wanna get really fancy, E Phrygian Dominant: (E, F, G#, A, B, C, D).

OR, this slightly similar scale:  (E, F, G#, A, B, C, D#).

8.  Electrode

               Open with G minor pentatonic scale wafting in the cherry scented breeze…..followed by more G minor shimmering…enters melody..

               Then bubbly C7 like a foaming brook…..

               Then majestic F major false resolution, with brief F7..

               Then Bb major triumph…

               Then more C7

               Then surprise A minor gut punch but…

               D7 hopeful victory…

               And ta-da~~, G major resolve.

9.  Fantaisie

               ||Dmaj            |  Dmaj                  |  E-                 |  E-                 |

               |A7                    |  A7                      |  Dmaj            | Dmaj           ||

                              Then:

               || B-                 | Gmaj                   | Amaj             |  Dmaj              |

               |  B-                  |  Gmaj                  |  A7               |  A7                   ||

10.  Nocturne

               C#- minor spaceship landing, a la Akira Ito - Marine Flowers (well, but his is underwater).  Eventual chord change to F#7, a la MJ's Thriller.

11.  Almeria

               Bounce back and forth between Ab major and Eb7.  Somehow reminiscent of Terranigma's town theme.

12.  Energie

               Back and forth between Db major and B major.  Rip it in Db mixolydian: (Db, Eb, F, Gb, Ab, Bb, B).  Eb minor is a mode easier to see if playing on the piano!
